Kristin Williams
Born and raised in Anderson, SC Kristin is a lifelong Clemson Tiger. Her father played football and baseball while attending Clemson and Kristin followed in his footsteps to Tiger Town when she graduated from Clemson with a degree in travel and tourism with a minor in marketing. That degree would prove useful over the next decade as she worked in the corporate advertising agency world in Atlanta, GA. Kristin came back home in 2001 and started her own successful advertising agency which she ran with her business partner for seven plus years. Stage 3 cancer is scary to anyone, but Kristin fought it and won and that season in life led her to the Cancer Association of Anderson where she was an advocate for cancer patients throughout the Upstate.
In 2015, looking for a new challenge, Kristin began working in the insurance industry. First with AFLAC, then Modern Woodman, State Farm, and the Powell Insurance Group of Anderson. Kristin joined Owens Insurance Agency in March of 2022 as a commercial lines account manager and insurance producer.
She is married to Butch Williams, and they have two children, Austin and Devin themselves Clemson Graduates. Kristin and her family enjoy being together with family and friends. Hiking and biking. Visiting local wineries and breweries. And of course, Clemson Tiger Football in the Fall.
